Common questions
Is VAT included in the prices?
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location. A full VAT invoice is issued for every payment, which you can download at any time from your billing page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then drops to free.
What are spotlight boosts?
Boosts temporarily push your stall or a specific product to the very top of directory results for 14 days. Lite subscribers get 4 boosts per month; Grow subscribers get 6. Boosts are shared between stall boosts and product boosts. Unused boosts don't roll over to the next month.
What's the difference between Lite and Grow if they both accept payments?
Lite and Grow get the exact same payment features — QR codes, basket checkout and click & collect. The difference is commission: Lite takes 4% of each sale, Grow takes 0%. Grow also gets 6 spotlight boosts a month instead of 4. If you're selling enough that 4% adds up to more than the price difference between plans, Grow pays for itself.
Do I need a credit card to sign up free?
No. The free plan is completely free with no card required. You only enter payment details when upgrading to a paid plan.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes — you can enter a promo code on the checkout page when subscribing. If you have a code, apply it before completing payment.
