Ticket sales for pumpkin patches, open days and one-off events
Sell timed-entry tickets for a short-run event — up to 28 days, one campaign at a time — with a single QR code per booking that admits the whole party at the gate.
Included for Partners — free to activate, 2.5% commission per sale
How it works
- 1 Set your start and end date (up to 28 days), your opening and closing times, and how often visitors can arrive — every 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or one single sitting if the whole event starts at the same time.
- 2 Add ticket types and prices — adult, child, concession, whatever you need — and how many people can enter per time slot. Mark anything that isn't admission (an extra pumpkin, say) as an add-on so it doesn't eat into your gate capacity.
- 3 Share your event's booking link — buyers pick a date, a time slot, and how many of each ticket type, then pay online (or book instantly if it's free).
- 4 Every booking gets one QR code covering the whole party. Scan it at the gate with your phone, laptop camera, or a handheld scanner to admit them in one tap.
Sell more than just admission
A pumpkin patch charges admission, then usually charges again for the pumpkins themselves. Add both as ticket types on the same booking — mark the extra as an add-on and it's charged and booked alongside admission, but never counts toward how many people you've let in for that time slot.
Worked example: a capacity-20 slot with "Admission — £4" and "Extra pumpkin — £3 (add-on)". A family of 4 buying 4 admissions and 6 pumpkins only uses 4 of the 20 gate spaces — the pumpkins don't count against capacity at all.
⏱️
Timed entry, your way
Spread visitors through the day in 15/30/60 minute slots, or one single sitting for a one-off event.
🔒
Never oversold
Capacity is claimed the moment payment succeeds — if two buyers ever race for the last space, the loser is refunded automatically.

One scan, whole party
A single QR code per booking — no juggling individual tickets at the gate.
Weather off, or need to cancel?
Cancel the whole campaign from your dashboard and every booking that hasn't happened yet is refunded automatically — no chasing up buyers one by one. No-shows simply expire unused; there's no automatic refund for a booking someone just didn't turn up to.
Common questions
How long can a ticketed event run?
Up to 28 days per campaign — perfect for a pumpkin patch, open day or seasonal event. You can only run one campaign at a time; start your next one once the current one ends.
Can I sell a one-off event that all starts at the same time, like a festival?
Yes. Set the same opening and closing time and every booking is for that one single sitting, rather than a spread of timed-entry slots through the day.
Can I charge for extras, like an extra pumpkin, on top of admission?
Yes. Add as many ticket types as you like and mark any of them as an add-on — only your admission ticket types count toward the gate capacity, so extras never block up a time slot.
How does admission work at the gate?
Every booking gets a single QR code, whether it's for one person or a family of five — one scan admits the whole party. It works with your phone or laptop camera, or plug in any generic USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner.
What happens if my event gets cancelled?
Cancel the whole campaign from your dashboard and every booking that hasn't happened yet is refunded automatically.
