LearnListing Your Stall on The Farm Stall: A Quick-Start Guide
Getting your stall, shop or attraction onto The Farm Stall is free and only takes a few minutes. Here's what to expect — and what you get.
Free to list — no card required
A free listing gives you a storefront, a map pin, produce listings and a contact page. Upgrade any time to add card payments, priority placement and more.
Create your free listing →Step 1: Sign up
Head to the sign-up page and create an account with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link and you're in. The whole thing takes under two minutes.
Step 2: Tell us about your business
The onboarding form asks for the basics:
- Business name, tagline and a short story about what you do
- Town and county — or drop a pin on the map if customers visit you
- What kind of stall you run (farm shop, honesty box, café, pick-your-own, and so on)
- Contact details, social links and which payment methods you accept
Don't worry about getting it perfect first time — you can edit everything from your seller dashboard after you're approved. A decent photo of your stall or produce makes a big difference to how your listing looks, so it's worth adding one before you go live.
Step 3: Add your products
Once your storefront is set up, add your produce and products from your seller dashboard — photos, prices and categories. You can feature your best items so they stand out first, and hide anything that's out of season or temporarily unavailable without deleting it.
On the Grow plan, each product listing gets its own QR code for card payments at your stall. Buyers scan, pay, and the money goes straight to your bank — no card reader needed. Read more about QR payments →
Step 4: We'll take a quick look
New storefronts are reviewed by our team before going live — this is just to check that listings are genuine UK producers selling direct, not resellers or businesses that aren't a good fit for the directory. Most are approved within 24 hours, often much sooner.
Once your storefront is approved, any products or produce you add afterwards go live straight away — no further approval needed.
Step 5: Get found
Once you're live, your storefront appears in the directory, on the map, and in relevant produce searches. Buyers searching for fresh eggs, local honey, farm shops near them, or pick-your-own experiences will be able to find you.
To get more visibility, the Lite and Grow plans include spotlight boosts — which push your listing to the top of the directory for 14 days — and priority placement above free listings across the site.
